![]() After many grueling hours of critiquing and perfecting the faux patina, the truck was given three coats of PPG high solids satin clear to protect and preserve the work done. We began with PPG base coats to achieve a very realistic layered look to give the truck a very authentic patina look and feel. This faux patina paint is one of a kind, and done to an extremely high standard. The truck was put back in its original white and red two tone color scheme with the correct GM paint codes. The exterior of this amazing truck received an extensive and one of a kind faux patina paint job. Please enjoy a descriptive break down of every aspect of the build process, as well as over 100 high quality pictures below. Thank you for taking the time to look at this stunning truck. My goal is to make the buying process as simple and easy as possible for the winning bidder. I encourage any potential bidders to contact me directly with any questions you may have at 60 or I own the shop that built this truck and know every aspect of the build, so please don't hesitate to give me a call with any questions big or small. The truck runs, drives, stops and handles beautifully without issue, and grabs attention wherever it goes. We just completed a full restoration on the truck in which I will outline below. This truck is as unique and cool as they come. For your consideration is my 1968 Chevrolet C10 short bed.
